This one-room apartment is located in the center of Minsk, in its business and entertainment part. The apartment has a very convenient location, from where you can simply get to any part of Minsk. The flat is located in 5 minutes from metro Yakuba Kolasa, in 10 minutes from metro Ploshad Pobedi (Viktory Square) and 10 minutes by foot  from metro Nemiga. When you go out of the apartment, you can see a lot of things going on. This part of Minsk is always busy. Near the apartment there is a huge minsk market (Komarovski Rinok), where you can always get fresh fruits, vegetables, meet, juice,fresh milk etc. There are many shopping centers near the flat such as Impulse, Atlantic, Zerkalo, Tzum (central shop). Near metro Ploshad pobedi you will see the historical building of our minsk circus, where performances always take place. If you like symphonic orchestra or folk music (live), then you definitely have to visit Filarmonia, which is situated only 10 minutes from the apartment by walk! There are many discos and entertainment centers near our flat: night club Reaktor, casino and disco Belaya Veza, night club Bronx where you can have a lot of fun. After exhausting night you can go to medical center Nordin and get relaxing massage, go to Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool and even solarium. There are also very famous fitness centers and swimming pools Olimp and Olimpiski not far from the apartment. In the day time you also can visit  minsk Botanical garden, where you see colorful flowers, unique trees and just enjoy yourself and beautiful nature.

From the apartment location, you can get to any part of Minsk by metro, bus, tram, trolley or minibus!
